IALE 2025 the European Landscape Ecology Congress, took place on 2-5 September in Bratislava, Slovakia. The event addressed landscape perspectives, focusing on the role of landscape ecology and the importance of landscapes in the present, as well as the future. 

On the first day of the event, Irene Bouwma (WUR) presented LAFERIA during a 10 minute session, outlining the work that the project’s objectives and inviting attendees to participate in the project’s survey gathering initiatives focused on the reintroduction of landscape features in intensive agricultural areas. The presentation was delivered to a scientific audience of 40 participants.
