This German project focuses on creating a network of grassland biotopes in Lower Saxony and Bremen to combat species decline caused by habitat isolation. It promotes the creation and connection of biodiverse meadows and pastures, working with farmers to enhance these habitats and improve connectivity across the agricultural landscape.
