This LIFE project (2018-2024) in the Netherlands and Flanders focused on building networks for climate-adaptive agriculture. It demonstrated the implementation of woody landscape features like agroforestry systems, developing adaptive farm plans with cost-benefit analyses and creating an online knowledge hub to support farmers in the transition.
