The TERRAF project, led by INRAE, developed and tested a method for the co-design of agroforestry landscapes in the Lorraine region of France. It created a dialogue between diverse local stakeholders (farmers, citizens, officials) to stimulate collective action and commitment to the planting and management of field trees and hedgerows.
